Myotherapy is an excellent form of treatment if you are experiencing musculoskeletal pain or dysfunction. Your treatment session consists of an evidence-based assessment and treatment procedure that form’s part of your rehabilitation and pain management plan. Your treatment is designed by Roy on an individualised basis and precisely tailored to suit your condition. The overall objective of your treatment is to improve your range of joint movement, reduce your pain as well as improve your muscle strength.
Remedial massage is designed to assist you by relieving muscle tension, enhancing flexibility and promoting blood flow to the area of pain and/or injury. The objective is to improve or eliminate your musculoskeletal conditions by removing the problem at the source.
Roy’s style of deep tissue massage is based on the Raynor massage techniques and is a full body massage designed to stimulate your energy flow and release your tension bands. It has been proven to be successful in relieving residual tension and muscle tightness.
